What is this tool?

Floorplan 3D is a home layout design tool that lives in a single web page. You arrange furniture on a 2D floor plan, edit walls and measure rooms, then switch to a full 3D view of the same home — bird's-eye, angled, or a first-person walkthrough. There is nothing to install and no account to create: the editor opens in your browser and your design is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

Frequently asked questions

Is Floorplan 3D free?

Yes. The editor, the 2D-to-3D converter, furnishing, measurements and plan sharing are all free, with no account and no watermark. The only optional cost anywhere is AI room detection in the converter, which uses your own AI provider key — any fee is charged by that provider to you.

Do I need to install anything or create an account?

No. Floorplan 3D is a web app: open the page and start designing. Your work is saved automatically in your own browser.

Where is my design stored?

Only in your browser's local storage, on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers — there are no user accounts or server-side storage at all. Share links encode the plan inside the link itself.

Who made Floorplan 3D?
